I'll give you bloody dork. ^__^ x

By Debbeh
I got bought a Munny doll at christmas. Had no idea what to do with it... it just sat there on a shelf.. wearing a wooly hat. (Only to stop it from getting cold. That's right, "It". It's not like it has genitals!) ^__^ So now... I've begun to paint it dark grey. I'm not going to tell you what it's going to be like, in the end. Its a surprise! TAH DAH! :)
I picked up my guitar today... and came up a really nice chord sequence! Sounds rather relaxing. Still messing with some variations of them. <3<3<3<3>

COLOOUURRR!!!

By Debbeh

A few months back, I decided I wanted my hair lighter. After doing so, for quite a few weeks, I found some pink (sorry... magenta) hair dye. So... wah lah! I dyed the side of my head. (Yes, I did say head as half of it ended up on my ear and face.) Thankfully I did get it off or it got covered by my hair.

Let us know what you think. (Y).

Yummy yum yum!

By Debbeh
Today, I decided to back some more cakes (after last weeks and going shopping in morrisons!). These are making me rather hungry now... so, i'll post them up here (just to make you lot feel jealous!).
[As Mikey suggested two seconds ago, I did not use a pack to make them. I made them from scratch. Yes I said it: FROM SCRATCH!]

Tea Update

By Debbeh
For a while now, I've been drinking Lemon Infusion. It's rather refreshing and tasty and prefer it over your average tea.
This weekend, Mum's been to "Artfest UK" and she brought home some tea bags;
-Peppermint Punch (Peppermint infusion)
-Lemon Green Tea
-Camomile smile (Some camomile thing, obviously)
-Breakfast Tea (Your average tea).
So far, I've had the peppermint one. Despite the brown/greenish tint, it smells nice.. tastes.. not toooooo bad! I've also had the Lemon Green Tea one (full of antioxidants too (Y)). That one is VERY yummy!
Task for today... Find somewhere on the internet that's giving away samples of random tea! :):)

Fruits of out labour

By Debbeh
Yesterday was voting day. Did I vote? Did I buggery!
On another leaf...
Today I planted some tomato, courgette, cucumber, squash and pepper plants. It was a very messy job indeed, but someone has to do it.

And yes, in case you are wondering; I did get my hands dirty!

Ice Cubes on a Summer day.

By Debbeh
I've had fun this week, lounging around in the sun. Even though I may be like only 1 darker shade of tan, I think I've had enough intake of sunshine. I guess it's sometimes nicer to sit indoors with a cold drink :):). Talking of which, I took some photos of our amazing ice cubes. (The trays are from IKEA).
My personal favourite, are the jigsaw piece ice cubes. And yes, they do fit together!

On another (more important) note, I've been quite disappointed in the lack of people that you Blogger.com. Mikey and I wanted to create a massive network of interesting blogs but so far that ceases to be going anywhere.

Another weekly venture to Newcastle

By Debbeh
Every Friday... (same old, same old) went to Newcastle with Mother and Connor. The weather was amazing, and was boiling (literally) when I got back home.
I bought a new shirt, the one I'm wearing now actually (not like you can see it), and a new pairs of shoes (to replace some other amazing ones).
The most amazing find today must have been in Sainsbury's. Mother's been searching and searching for some Smoked Paprika (as used by Nigella Lawson). I think that it looks amazing, as it is a bright red! But Connor picked a tin up and didn't know what it was, and as if by coincidence, it turned out to be Smoked Paprika. TAH DAH!!!!!! (It smells like Barbeque crisps! Mmmm...)

On another note... my tea tonight was yummy!!! I cooked "Hawtdawgs" (as I explained to Gio).... and here's a picture because I thought very highly of myself for making such a masterpiece:

It's been a few days

By Debbeh
It has indeed been a few days since I last posted. I've been busy with college and stuffs.

Adobe Flash must be the stupidest program in the world. So far i've managed to animation a bubble. Got a whole e-card to go next. I'll get it done, in the end.

Been to Newcastle today. Didn't buy anything much except for some nail stuff to make them stronger because my nails are flaky. :( I also got another inhaler. Stupid prescriptions have gone up 10pence! Don't think there was anything else interesting that I bought.

I made Macaroons when I got home though. Chocolate ones and normal ones. The chocolate ones were more successful as the others just expanded all over the baking tray. (Still yummy though).

I'm off to work tonight, will be tired tomorrow. I'm going to Port Sunlight with my mummy, Lynn, Christine and Lynsey. Will be fun. But then got work at night too :(.

Ridgway's tea and the expedition to Morrisons

By Debbeh
I went to Morrison's today with my mum. Looking in the tea aisle, there it was, Ridgway's Tea. :O I was shocked and amazed. The boxes looked very important, I think it was speciality tea. Earl Grey and all that jazz. Whether it tastes nice would be a different story.

Me and Mum had a fun time looking at the pasta. Penne and what not. And then I was confused as to what Gnocchi is. :S Some crazy Italian type potato thing I think!

Fun night

By Debbeh
Work was quite good actually last night. They had a rather amazing band on. Two guitarists:)
They did Santana and everything (Gio would have liked it). There's nothing really much to say on that matter!
I may go and listen to some Santana though. :)

Buzzy Fuzzy Wuzzy Bee

By Debbeh
Oh Buzzy Fuzzy Wuzzy Bee,
Stuck inside my window.
You can't go through it,
Is it making you feel down?

Wish I could hold you in my hands,
Please don't sting me.
The sun shines outside,
Look and you will see.

Your last buzzes will be heard,
When you have no energy.
This is the end for you,
For this I give my apology.

I'm sorry I can't help you,
But stuck in the blind you'll have to stay.
I have much respect for you,
Which I cannot pay.

Oh Buzzy Fuzzy Wuzzy Bee,
Stuck inside my window.
You can't go through it,
Is it making you feel down?

Abrakadebrah and Mikey

By Debbeh
Me and Mikey are thinking of making a blog, between us. It'll be about two characters, Abrakadebrah and Mikey (obviously based on our own selves). Keep checking our profiles for any updates on that. But we will definatly blog about our greatness, when we get it started.

But for now, anyway, it's a bit chilly. I've got the patio doors open, and although the weather outside is nice, the breeze coming into the living room is rather chilly.

My Grafik magazine came through the post today. For those that don't know what Grafik is, it's a graphic design magazine. It has allsorts of things about designers' opinions, work, any upcoming events/shows etc and basically anything and everything to do with the design world. It's an expensive magazine, £9, but with student discount and subscription it's half price. For those design students out there, I highly recommend it.

New York Landing

By Debbeh
While i'm here. Mikey wanted to see what it looked like landing in New York, in March.

Another busy night!

By Debbeh
Been to work tonight, rather tired. My poor workmate was off because she thought her dog was ill :(... turns out that it was just a phantom pregnancy! All good news!
With being one staff down, it's been really busy. Kept on top of things though. The downside is, i'll be a bit tired tomorrow and I have quite a bit of uni work to complete.

On the bright side, i'm glad that i've things cleared up with the ones I love.

I think that  I may go to bed now. My plan for today... hmmm. I think i'll get some work done before doing another shift tomorrow night. It'll be a busy day, but will be worth it. I'll be glad to get some uni work out of the way :).
I also hope that I get to see Gio tomorrow after he's finished work. It may only be for five minutes but that's better than nothing!

So for now, night night xxx

The best things in life...

By Debbeh
...are small.
For example: the mini coca cola cans (which only like one sip in them) are so cute. But make you feel like a giant.
But.. on the other end of the scale. (BIG!)
I bought some Tic Tacs today. 100 in them! Makes me feel small.
Good for "shake ya tic tacs!" LOL!

Muffin Update

By Debbeh
These muffins taste damn nice!
Not good for when you're on a laptop though, get crumbs EVERYWHERE!
But YUMMY!!! Mmmmmm!! :)
NomNomNom

A not so pathetic day in Newcastle after all!

By Debbeh
Been to Newcastle, in the hopes to find a trendy mac coat. Found a nice one in New Look but no! doesn't even fit me. So there and then my hopes were shattered. But, i did buy some awefully cool stuff instead.
I bought a cool watch. "Fun Time" as it says on the packaging. It's brilliantly fluorescent, with pink flowers and bugs :) Also bought some cool shades, black with white flowers on the sides.

But.... the most amazing thing i bought today, from Sainsbury's are Mikado!!!!!!!!!! I must add, Mikey, that they are very very tasty indeed. Nom Nom Nom! They're inspired by the game Mikado (otherwise known as Pick Up Sticks!). They taste a bit like Cadbury's Fingers and Chocolate Covered Pretzels. Mmmmmm!!!

And to top things off, i've just took some Maple Pecan Muffins out of the oven, which and my Mum have made. They look very scrumcious indeed, i will add an update later to tell you just how yummy they indeed are!

But for now... Mikado and a cup of tea it shall be :)

Time for something new?

By Debbeh
I've had this blogger account for ages and never really posted. So, i think, it would be a good plan to post every few days or so.Me and Mikey want to get together a good network of blogs. Its fun to see what other people think about in life.
One thing i am thinking about at the moment are my Nintendo Club stars! I am only a few hundred away from getting the most amazing watch... IN THE WORLD!!!
(mainly because of my obsession with the game)
Yes you guessed it! Animal Crossing!
I love this watch and it looks amazing :)
Also, while we're on the subject of Animal Crossing, i bought the Let's Go To The City game guide the other day. £10.99 from GameStation. BARGAIN!
There's loads of cool stuff in there, a lot about the bugs and fish (when and where to catch them). Also about all the different furniture sets and how to Feng Shui your home, to get the most Happy Room Academy points!
And Mikey if your reading, and wondering when the GracieGrace stuff is going to change. It changes every season, so hopefully *fingers crossed* it shall be changed tomorrow as its the first of May. (and according to Animal Crossing, that may be a new season!) I must pre-warn you that... the new furniture that's going to be in there looks AMAZING!

On a different note (still concerning Animal Crossing), Emily and I, while at college, thought about what the game would be like if it had a special twist. For example... if it was Animal Crossing/Grand Theft Auto. You could bury people in holes and chop trees down onto them. Also what about drowning them with the unlimited water from a watering can. You could walk around with cool bling and guns, instead of nets.
We also thought about a few of the characters like Blathers (in the museum) or the pidgeon. Wouldn't it be ultimatly hilarious if Blathers was a pimp, with a green pimp suit and a feather, to top it off. And also the pidgeon (i can never remember his name) could be wearing a gimp suit in the "strip club"(the coffee shop).

Ahhh we have weirdly over imaginative minds.

I got some new apps for my iPod Touch yesterday. I got Bookworm because it reminded me and Em of the airplane times. While going to New York we were playing Bookworm on the touch screens. We miss New York muchly. It must be the most amazing place IN THE WORLD!
